At Jai Adya, we take utmost care in packing and delivering authentic spiritual products. Due to the nature of pooja and religious items, we follow the policy below:

Incense sticks (Agarbathi)

Sambrani cups

Vibuthi, Kumkum, Sindoor

Attars, oils, powders, and consumables

Products once opened or used

(As these are hygiene-sensitive and sacred items)

🔸 Return / Replacement Allowed Only If

Wrong product delivered

Product received damaged or broken

Missing item in the order

📌 Condition:

Unboxing video is mandatory

Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Approved cases will receive replacement of the same product

Refunds are not provided once replacement is shipped

Refund will be processed only if replacement is not possible

Refund will be done within 5–7 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable
