Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Shipping (Overseas Orders)

Jai Adya ships selected products internationally, subject to destination country regulations.

Delivery Time:
Estimated 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

Courier Partners:
International courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or equivalent.

Shipping Charges:
Calculated based on product weight, destination, and courier rates.
International shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.

International Shipping & Customs Clearance

Jai Adya takes special care in handling overseas orders to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

For international shipments, Jai Adya will manage and assist with export documentation and customs clearance procedures required at the origin in India.

All products are shipped with proper descriptions, invoices, and packaging in compliance with applicable export norms.

While Jai Adya facilitates export customs clearance from India, any import duties, customs taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country’s authorities are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delivery timelines may be affected by customs inspections or local regulatory procedures.

Jai Adya shall not be held responsible for delays, holds, or rejections caused by destination country customs authorities.

Product Restrictions

Certain products (including incense, powders, or liquid-based items) may be subject to import restrictions in specific countries.

International customers are advised to verify local import regulations before placing an order.

Jai Adya will not be liable for orders that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities due to regulatory restrictions. 

Packaging

All products are securely and respectfully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Eco-conscious packaging materials are used wherever possible.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Jai Adya is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
